DOMESTIC SHIPPING (THE NETHERLANDS)

As a member of Mydollishhair you can enjoy our shipping service from Monday until Friday. Unfortunately, we don’t have fast and Saturday shipping.

Your package will be delivered within 5-7 business days. This includes processing time.
All our deliveries are handled by PostNL. As soon as the order is dispatched you will receive a tracking code which allows you to know about your package's whereabouts.
Something came up and you missed your package? No need to worry. PostNL will try again. If PostNL did not succeed in delivering your package, it will be sent to a depot assigned by PostNL. You will then have 7 days to pick it up.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

As a member of Mydollishhair you can enjoy our shipping service from Monday until Friday. Unfortunately, we don’t have fast and Saturday shipping.
All our international deliveries are handled by? As soon as the order is dispatched you will receive a tracking code which allows you to know about your package's whereabouts.
Something came up and you missed your package? No need to worry. We’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged or you can collect from the depot.
You will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At Mydollishhair we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return or exchange your order due to hygienic reasons.​
